CIEH Accredited Level 3 Award in Food Safety Public Training Course - West Midlands

Dates are Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th, Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th October 2016, and the venue is Somers Sports and Social Club, 2, Grange Hill, Halesowen, West Midlands, B62 0JH.

This is a very prestigious Qualification, particularly for Managers and Supervisors in small, medium or large Catering, Manufacturing, or Retail Businesses. It is also particularly relevant for those who are required to develop or monitor HACCP based food safety management procedures and systems as a part of their role.

Assessment is by means of a multiple choice examination paper containing sixty questions, from which the pass mark is forty correct answers.
