Bob, Lesley and all of the team at Premier Training Services are very pleased to announce the launch of our updated website, and wish to welcome all of our customers, both existing and new to take a look at the updated services that we are now able to offer you.

Many customers will already know us to be providers of extensive Food Safety courses, Health and Safety courses and First Aid training courses, however our vision for the future is to become a one stop provider of a total package of training and consultancy services, tailored to meet the exact requirements of our individual customers. We already offer this service successfully to many existing customers, and our dedicated team would welcome the opportunity to discuss this service with new enquirers upon request.

There are great benefits to be seen in using a sole provider for all of your training needs, not least the possibility of discounted training for repetitive work, but also access to our expertise, drawn from amongst staff and trainers from many different disciplines, simplifying your training operations and saving time.

Our portfolio has grown quite extensively over the past few years and details of our course titles are provided on the following pages. One of the areas in which we are becoming very successful is providing management training courses, many of which can be created on a bespoke basis to exactly address your training needs. We are hoping to increase our portfolio of services still further within the coming year, and therefore would always be pleased to hear from trainers who feel that they might wish to join our team and have a specialism not currently within our portfolio that they could offer.

Further plans include a telephone helpline service for a nominal annual fee, allowing you to contact us for help and guidance throughout the year with any issues you may have.

We also plan to stage many more “open” courses in as many different topics as we are able, and these will be led mainly by demand from customers. We recognise that not all Companies are able to provide groups of staff at any one time and may therefore need to send individuals one at a time, “open” courses meet this need.
