Local Country House Hotel & Restaurant Brockencote Hall of Chaddesley Corbett, recently commissioned our services in order to assist them in creating a comprehensive Food Safety Management system  in order to demonstrate their commitment to expanding the reputation of their successful business, and also to comply with changing HACCP legislation which required further in depth documentation to be provided over and above the previously accepted standard ‘Safer Food, better business’.

Following the implementation of the system, which we believe has also now been inspected by local Environmental Health officers for their approval, it is expected that this will assist the Hotel in achieving amongst other things, a very high rating in the Food Standards Agency promoted ‘Scores on Doors’ campaign, leading to the enhancement of their excellent Company reputation and increased business.
