The Trust also appear regularly in the Times Best top 100 companies awards, where they are further recognised not only for their excellent achievements in the quality of the services that they provide, but also for the fact that they regard their staff as their ‘prize asset’, providing them with the training, experience and the core principle of the Company, which ensures that everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Issues to resolve - Delivering training services in a format that fits with operational requirements.
- Compliance of training with requirements of CQC (Care Quality Commission) formerly CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspectorate).
- Provide the most cost effective training solutions whilst at the same time tailored to the specific requirements of the Care Sector.
- Ability to provide the expertise to deliver a diverse and expanding portfolio of training topics, the nature of which was expected to grow with the expansion of the Trust.
- Provide quality training courses further supporting the development of the dedicated staff.
Solution - We initially met with the Operations Manager and discussed fully the range of topics required by the trust and then carried out the following.
- Created bespoke courses in respect of the topics and the duration required by our customer.
- Offered dates in respect of a continuous “rolling” programme of training, thereby giving delegates the option to join courses throughout the year as and when required.
- Provided help and support by maintaining regular telephone contact, in addition to customer service visits to discuss changing needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Provided accredited training when needed, through the awarding bodies with which Premier is a registered centre, to include HSE (Health & Safety Executive), RSPH (Royal Society of Public Health) and CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health).
Several years later we are still pleased to be providing all of the above services and have established a very good working relationship with the Trust. |
