Bob Waller, Senior Partner at PTS, founded the Company in 1997. A highly qualified Food Technologist by profession, Bob has a wealth of experience gained over a longstanding career in the Food Industry, covering manufacturing processes, distribution, retail and catering.  As a qualified teacher/trainer, his expertise is required to deliver the higher levels of Food Safety training courses that PTS offer, and he additionally provides consultancy services to the many clients of the Company.

Bob spends the remainder of his time directing and overseeing the day to day running of PTS. On a personal level, he relaxes by teaching Latin American dance classes from beginners to advanced.

Lesley Williams joined PTS in November 2002, in order to assist in looking after the expanding customer base of the Company. Lesley had previously worked in the Finance Industry for many years and accepted this new challenge offered by her friend Bob Waller, as she felt the time was right for a change. She is responsible for all aspects of customer service, and spends the remainder of her time marketing the many training courses and services that PTS are able to offer. She was delighted to become Bob’s business partner in 2004.

On a personal level, she also shares Bob’s love of dancing, learning many different styles including Salsa, which is how they first met.

Supporting Bob and Lesley in developing their Company are their team of experienced and committed trainers. Each one carefully chosen to ensure that they share the values of PTS, in providing a professional and quality service. All trainers are suitably qualified, both in their particular subject areas, through a combination of formal qualifications and their individual employment experiences, and also as qualified teachers/trainers. The Company believe that these factors contribute to the extremely high pass rates maintained at PTS.

We are members of RoSPA, Chambers of Commerce and the Federation of Small Businesses and therefore have access to a wealth of information and support, that we are then able to share with our customers.
